Timber Hill Health Centre is operated by Norwich Practices Ltd under a contract with NHS Norfolk, the local Primary Care Trust, to provide NHS services. Norwich Practices Ltd is owned and operated by doctors from local GP practices. The company was set up because those local GPs felt they could provide more and better services to patients if they worked together.

 

Blood Tests

Please note that blood tests are only performed between 7.30am - 12.30pm, Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays)

Location & Free Parking

We are situated in the Mall Norwich on Level 4 just inside the Timber Hill entrance. The nearest car park is in The Mall and is accessed from Farmers Avenue. There is level access from that to the Health Centre. You can get one hour's free parking in The Mall when visiting us by presenting your car park ticket to our receptionist for validation.

Disabled Access

Our services are available on a level floor with good access for disabled patients. However if you have any access problems we would be grateful if you could bring them to our attention. We also have an Induction Loop system on reception.

Skin Clinic
 

We now offer a Private Skin Clinic at Timber Hill Health Centre.  Our specialist consultant can remove skin lesions such as skin tags, warts, cysts, lipomas and moles.  As most of these are longstanding, harmless and symptom free, this service is not provided by the NHS.  For more information and a price list visit the Skin Clinic page by clicking here.

 

 C-Card Scheme

The Your C-Card Scheme gives FREE condoms and lube to young people in Norfolk and Waveney aged 13-24 You can access the service whether you're male or female no matter what your sexual orientation is, or whether you're having sex, thinking about having sex, or if you're just curious.

 New Online Timber Hill Registered Patient Community

You can join and access our new online community by clicking on the banner above.  The community is a place for questions about the Health Centre and is not a place for individual complaints.  No individual clinical issues will be dealt with through this group as these should be taken up with your GP.
